Intervention
CCM's expert intervention services help arrest the addict's addiction cycle once and for all. It begins with the pre-intervention process: working directly with the addict's family, friends, and colleagues, we discuss options and lay out a firm plan of action, clearly and directly. CCM designs and executes a plan that caringly places the addict in a safe, secure environment of your choice—the one that promises the best chance of success. CCM's customized aftercare services and case management services are important and highly recommended components of our intervention process, that support the addict's and the family's ongoing recovery and healing process in vital, lasting ways. Transport
Working alongside you, CCM arranges all transport services for the recovering addict to and from rehabilitation, treatment, and/or detoxification locations. We're sensitive to the needs of your loved one and your budget, arranging thoughtful, personalized transportation services that will aid and support the often difficult first steps in the healing process.
Aftercare
We know intervention and immediate rehabilitation are just the beginning of the addict's recovery journey. That's why we offer expert aftercare services, designed to help the addict transition smoothly and safely from the rehabilitation environment back into daily life. Whether it's a 12-step program, a relapse prevention group, a doctor's care, psychological therapy, additional treatment work, court- or work-stipulated programs, insurance-related requirements, or a combination of care, CCM custom-designs an aftercare program that caters to the unique circumstance and needs of the addict.
Case Management
The recovery road can be difficult, requiring an ongoing effort on the part of the recovering addict, and patience, understanding, and firmness on the part of family members and friends. CCM's case management services address the long-term needs of addicts and their loved ones through ongoing monthly meetings, assessments, and support work. We work carefully and caringly with the recovering addict to adjust the aftercare program to meet her or his evolving recovery needs. We also counsel families and friends on the vital self-care issues that arise for them during the loved one's recovery process.
Crisis Management
As our name suggests, CCM specializes in crisis addiction cases, when acute emotional, physical, and material damage dominates the addict's and/or family's circumstance. CCM's deep crisis management experience includes working directly with law enforcement on all levels, security personnel, hospital staff and protocol, and domestic situations scarred by abuse, estrangement , fear, anger, and hostility.
